Here is your Palm Harbor real estate market update!
So far in my research, it looks like the only town with higher priced homes than Palm Harbor is St. Pete. But wow! Palm Harbor is amazing.
Let's discuss the numbers. Within the last 30 days, there were 83 homes listed for sale, 163 pending and 168 sold. Homes averaged 7 days on the market, 44 days to close a contract and a 1.03% sales to list price ratio. The minimum sold price is $127,000 and the maximum sold price is $3 million.
May has just begun, and we will see even higher sold prices over the next 30 days. So if you are thinking about selling or refinancing your home, now is a great time to investigate. By the time you read this blog post, even more homes will list and sell!
